Is this an employed instructor role?

NextPass works with independent and partner instructors. Discuss the proposed working arrangements, responsibilities and any fees directly with our team before deciding whether the opportunity suits you. The website does not confirm an employment offer or a fixed franchise agreement.

Can I enquire as a PDI or before qualifying?

Yes. Tell us whether you are a qualified ADI, a working PDI or exploring the training route. We can discuss the appropriate next conversation. Enquiring does not confirm a training place or permission to teach; paid tuition requires the relevant approved or trainee instructor status.

Do you work with manual and automatic instructors?

Yes. Tell us which gearbox you teach, where you work and your available times. Suitable opportunities depend on learner requirements and local demand, rather than a guaranteed allocation for either gearbox.

Which areas should I cover?

We welcome enquiries across Greater Manchester. Send us the towns or postcodes you teach in and any travel limits. Our areas directory describes learner coverage; it is not a promise of available work in every listed town.

Are pupil numbers or earnings guaranteed?

No. Opportunities depend on enquiries, learner needs, your coverage, gearbox and availability. NextPass does not promise a number of pupils, lesson hours or a level of income.

How do referral fees and payment arrangements work?

Discuss any applicable fees, when they become due, who receives learner payments and who handles bookings with NextPass directly. Those arrangements need to be clear before you accept work; no standard fee or payment schedule is confirmed on this page.

What should I include in my instructor enquiry?

Share your current ADI or PDI stage, manual or automatic vehicle, teaching areas and available lesson times. Mention any questions about the proposed arrangement. This helps us discuss relevant opportunities without assuming your availability or commitments.
