The information you share with us

When you contact NextPass Driving School Ltd or book a lesson, we ask for details such as your name, phone number, email address and postcode. We may also ask about your driving experience, preferred lesson times and whether you want manual or automatic lessons.

We use these details to answer your enquiry, arrange your lessons, keep your booking records and contact you about your tuition. We share relevant booking details with your instructor so they can organise your lessons.

If you enquire about joining us as an instructor, we use the contact details, qualifications and availability you provide to respond to you.

Payments and booking services

Payments are handled through Stripe’s secure checkout. You enter your card details with Stripe, not into a NextPass contact form.

We use Formspree to help deliver booking details and Amazon Web Services to host our website and booking records. These services support your enquiry or booking.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or social media, that service’s own privacy policy also applies.

Your cookie choices

Cookies and similar technologies help a website remember information between visits. Some are needed for booking; others are optional.

Essential

Remember your booking preferences and cookie choices, help recover unfinished booking details and prevent duplicate submissions. These are always on.

Analytics - optional

Help us understand which pages are useful and where booking could be easier. We use Google Analytics and information about how visitors find our website.

Advertising - optional

Help us understand whether our adverts lead to enquiries and bookings, using Google Ads.

Optional tracking only starts if you agree. You can accept, reject or change your choices using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Remembering your details

Your cookie choices are remembered for six months. Unfinished booking details can be recovered on the same device for up to seven days. If you allow analytics, information about how you found us may be remembered for up to 90 days.

You can clear saved website data in your browser. This may also remove an unfinished booking. To ask about information held in your booking or enquiry record, please contact us.

Questions about your information?

You can ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it. Your rights depend on why the information is held and the circumstances of your request.
