From Alderley Edge village streets to wider routes
A useful lesson plan can start on calmer roads near home, then add more decisions: meeting oncoming traffic where the road narrows, judging gaps at busier junctions and managing speed as the surroundings change beyond the village. Your instructor sets that progression around your experience, not around a supposed test route.
DVSA does not publish practical-test routes, so lesson planning cannot guarantee a particular street or route on test day. We focus on transferable skills and independent driving. Read the official practical-test overview.
